We will download your documents from PACER for you. If requested, a staff attorney will designate the documents needed for your appendix.
We will review the documents, provide you with an estimate.
Once the estimate is approved, we will prepare and send you a draft appendix so you can start writing your brief with the proper citations.
We serve and file the documents per the specific court’s electronic filing (ECF filing) requirements and at the courthouse in compliance with the federal court’s so ordered date for filing.
