We serve and file the documents per the specific court’s electronic filing (E-filing) requirements and at the courthouse in accordance with your filing deadline. If NYSCEF case, please fill out the NYSCEF Statement of Authorization for Electronic Filing Form.
We notify you when your case is calendared for oral argument or submission.
